Whether that dreadful CD reissue is an improvement on my amateur effort is debatable. A fascinating post, I always wondered what that swan was about! It's hard to tell from these pictures but the typeface on the label and elsewhere isn't any version of Times. Looks like a Garamond variant although the M slopes too much. Sabon, maybe?
